SUNDAY WORSHIP AT 11:00 AM Worship Together Each Sunday A blend of traditional and gospel music combined with Scripture reading, prayer and a relevant message from God's Word. Corporate worship lifts believers and reaches out to those who are seeking to know God in a personal way. First time guests receive a special gift bag!			PARENTS MORNING OUT Parents Morning Out Opens Fall Enrollment - Parent Handbook Available Here! PARENTS MORNING OUT has completed its first year at Avondale Estates First Baptist Church under the leadership of Mrs. Ashley Drake. PMO is now accepting children for a Fall waiting list. Mrs. Christine Sharp will direct the 2008/09 program year. See the Parents Handbook link for more info! PMO starts on Monday, September 8!
Chancel Choir If you enjoy singing and having a good time, then choir is for you! We have a great time each week as we learn new music.			Volunteer to Serve There are many ways that you can give of yourself for the ministries to our children. There is a place for you!
Food Pantry and Clothes Closet As a part of our bridge building ministry, we maintain a community ministries area with a clothes closet and a food pantry. The food pantry and clothes closet are open on Tuesday and Thursday from 1:00 - 2:30pm. Volunteers staff these areas to serve the needs of the community.			Bridge Building in Avondale Estates Avondale has entered into a commitment to build bridges in the community. See some of the bridges we have begun to erect.

We are located just inside the I-285 perimeter on Covington Rd.

Central Dekalb Mission is an activity for middle and high school boys and girls.

This program has been an outreach since 2000. Avondale Estates First Baptist Church co sponsors Central Dekalb Mission with the Atlanta Youth Project, central dekalb office.
