1st – 5th grades in the first floor Preschool area.
Nursery – Kindergarten on the first floor in the preschool hall.
Our children’s ministry uses Explore the Bible curriculum by Lifeway.
At the end of the Sunday School hour, the children (1st-5th grade) are escorted to the sanctuary by their teachers.
Children's Church
Children’s church takes place during the morning worship hour. Children’s church is available to children 1st grade-5th grade. It meets every Sunday, except the last Sunday of the month. We use the Gospel Project curriculum by Lifeway.
Nursery through 5 Years Old
Worship is a family experience. We welcome your child into our worship service and realize that is the most comfortable choice for some children.
Your family may be more comfortable with your child enjoying our nursery and preschool classes during worship. We have a loving, well-trained nursery and preschool staff to care for your child during the worship service.
Nursery and preschool care are provided for all of our regular Sunday activities. It is also provided for most special services.
Disciple Kid
This group Is meeting virtually during this time!
Beginning this Fall, Children in grades 1st through 5th meet in the “Solid Rock” room of “C” building on Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00 p.m. for Bible study, games, a snack, and a craft. In the summer, playground time is included.
Preschoolers-Kindergarten meet downstairs in “C” building, but are invited to attend in “Solid Rock” with their preschool leader. Nursery provided.,
Parents' Night Out
Parent’s Night Out is a ministry we provide to our church and neighborhood families to allow moms and dads a night out! PNO is on Friday nights (6-9 p.m.) at scheduled dates through out the year. Watch the Events Calendar for upcoming Parent’s Night Out.
Avondale Kids Camp
Avondale Kids Camp is FBCAE’s version of Vacation Bible School. Kids Camp is the last weekend of July for ages 4-12.
